Agility Loyalty - launched 1 February 2010
As the name states, Agility Loyalty provides a services that drives loyalty from your customer base. In this competitive age, retaining existing customers is as important as acquiring new ones. We would like to help our customers acknowledge and reward loyalty. Agility Loyalty has been implemented in Equipet Retail Store in Ireland and is currently due to be installed in other sites. This product will provide:
- Points per spend
- Bonus Points for certain products
- Variety of loyalty card types
- Charity loyalty points
Agility Mobile - launched in January 2010
Agility Mobile provides flexibility to companies in a number of ways:
1. Those who want to be eco-friendly by providing a paperless solution to deliveries. There is no need for delivery dockets to be printed as Agility Mobile sends data to the mobile devices, the drivers deliver the goods and then captures the signature digitally. If the customer wants a printout it can be done through the mobile printer in the vehicles. The driver returns and Agility Mobile updates the data.
2. Stocktaking can now take place on the mobile device.
3. Price checking and shelf labels are now part of the mobile solution. Check the price and if the price is different using the mobile printer you can instantly print the new price maintaining accurate pricing and margins.
