Agility Assistant
Retail mobile applications are the future for the retail trade and as you would expect Agility offer a large range of retail mobile applications with Agility Assistant.With handheld scanners and wireless printing, including receipt and label printouts, you can create efficiency throughout the supply chain from every step to every store. Accessing your data via a wireless network you can do the following
- Price Check: Scan items , check prices, change price, print new label (multiple sizes supported) immediately on a mobile printer
- Location Change: Move stock to a different location and use Agility Assistant to record the change immediately
- Purchase Orders: Create new purchase orders for re-stocking by scanning barcode and entering quantity to purchase. Agility Assistant will give a suggested quantity based on seasonal sales, availability, current orders etc. Agility Assistant will create as many Purchase Orders as required
- Goods In: Receive goods in by scanning barcodes. Print new labels if required
- Stock Take: Count stock in full and cyclic stock takes.

Agility Mobile
This application is carried by delivery or sales personnel in their vehicles. This application helps you to increase Fleet Productivity, improve delivery time and optimise inventory levels. There are two applications in this product
- Agility Delivery: Deliveries are downloaded to the mobile PC from Agility Professional. The driver can view a list of deliveries and drill down to the details. There are options to mark lines as undelivered or even damaged. The customer signature is captured on the screen along with any notes. If required a delivery note (or even a VAT invoice for 'Cash On Delivery') can be printed on a mobile printer. On return to the depot the signature is automatically downloaded and associated with the invoice. If any items have been returned credit notes are issued for trade accounts.
- Agility Mobile Sales: A copy of the stock file, current prices (including any trade discounts) are uploaded to the mobile PC. On the road sales can be processed just as if using AgilityTouch and invoices printed on a mobile printer. On return to the depot sale details are downloaded and synchronised to the accounts and stock files.
