Need to record a singature when making a sale? For many sales to account customers it is imperative that a signature is captured. In the past this was done by printing to multi-ply paper which was signed by the customer at the counter. At statement production time a copy of the signed document would often be sent to the accounts department for payment.
Whilst effective this system results in a considerable waste of paper , expensive postage costs and of course the possibility of the original.document being lost.
Agility products have the capability for capturing the signature electronically at the point of sale, encrypting the signature for storage and printing the signature on the original document and all subsequent reprints.
Combined with Agility's functionality to email all documents this means that statements and copies of all associated invoices/credit notes can be sent to a customer at the click of a button and no cost.
