EDI enables all sites to trade in a detached manner by keeping the data between the individual databases at each site synchronized by means of email. It helps our clients to transfer Transactions, Deliveries, Stock information and other data between the headoffice and other remote sites automatically.
Our Clients who are often faced with processing numerous Electronic Data Interchange transactions on a daily basis. The manual effort requirements of these inhibit the ability to receive and react to changes on a timely basis, create non-value-added administrative time, and threaten customer relationships.
Using our experience in working with our clients on these initiatives, Agility developed EDI Manager, a tool to reduce the total time and personnel needed to process and respond to these transactions and integrate them effortlessly into existing Agility systems.
Features:
The EDI Manager performs all the data transfer operations between the main site and the remote sites automatically and displays all information about the data that has been transfered including their status.
The user have nothing to do as all the data is exchanged between the sites automatically. Ideally every 10 mins which includes all the transactions and stock details.
Identifies the Stock and Price changes on different sites and helps user to implement similar changes on their site automatically. Also helpful in keeping track of the inventory in all stores connected via this software.
It allows you to monitor an organised and sub categorised view of incoming data to the client site.
